iDRC has deployed Gaiamesh at over 50 Starbucks locations in Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Chengdu, Ningbo, and other cities across China to enable fine-grained electricity consumption, water consumption, air quality monitoring and HVAC control. iDRC has worked extensively with Starbucks to achieve their broader sustainability goals, from optimizing the energy consumption and operations of various Starbucks Stores including the first International Greener Store Lab to their China HQ in Shanghai. iDRC has helped Starbucks integrate a wide range of operating data and control into a centralized IOT platform, ranging from HVAC, water consumption, electricity consumption, indoor air quality, lighting control and water filtration.

iDRC worked with the Facilities team at Starbucks HQ to deploy Gaiamesh managing integrated FCU + VRV control system combined with energy meters, airflow meters and occupancy sensors which saved 39% of HVAC energy use, while globally improving the user experience. iDRC has been able to incrementally expand the deployment, bringing online new VRV units and electricity meters as needs arise. iDRC aims to expand this deployment across two high-rise towers containing 12 floors of SBUX offices in the Caohejing area.

iDRC worked with the Akila team to deploy Gaiamesh at Aden HQ, which manages a Midea VRV system combined with occupancy sensing and lighting control, saving 30% of HVAC energy use. In this deployment, Gaiamesh is fully integrated with the Akila platform, enabling monitoring and control of Aden HQ directly through the Akila platform.

iDRC partnered with Integral to deploy the Gaiamesh system at Brookfield HQ, as part of the VXBOS platform. iDRC integrated over 25 HVAC terminal units, as well as providing occupancy monitoring in meeting rooms, energy meters. iDRC also deployed flow optimization technology which saved 25% of HVAC energy use, while also improving the thermal comfort in meeting rooms.

iDRC partnered with Integral to deploy the Gaiamesh system at CapitaLand Bridge+, as part of the VXBOS platform. iDRC integrated over 60 HVAC terminal units, as well as providing occupancy monitoring, indoor air quality monitors and energy meters across 2 floors of the project. Bridge+ users have experienced improved energy savings and management efficiency of their HVAC units across the 1,500m2 office space by controlling their equipment remotely both using VXBOS and the Gaiamesh phone app.

iDRC partnered with Integral to deploy the Gaiamesh system at CapitaLand Bridge+, as part of the VXBOS platform. iDRC integrated over 20 HVAC terminal units, and provided occupancy-based control of these units. Furthermore, iDRC deployed energy meters to closely monitor water temperatures, flow rates, and energy use of the central air conditioning system. This project has been used as a showcase at a number of industry events.
